Vitamax helps you organize supplement stacks, schedules, and label scans. This page explains how to get help, manage your account, and report problems.

What Vitamax can help with

• Sign-in, account sync, or password reset
• Stack, schedule, and reminder questions
• Scan / label review issues
• Privacy, data access, or account deletion requests
• Bug reports and App Store feedback

Before you email

• Include your account email (the one you use to sign in).
• Describe what you expected vs what happened.
• Mention your device and iOS version if it’s a crash or sync issue.

Account & data

You can delete your account from Profile → Delete account in the app. If that fails, email support@vitamax.app from your account address and we will process the request.
