Vitamax is a consumer wellness organization app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Account data (email and auth identifiers for email, Google, or Apple sign-in), optional display name, stack data you enter or scan (products, ingredients, doses, schedule, reminders, adherence, personalization answers), device data needed to run the app (notification permission, on-device cache), camera images only when you scan a label for that request, and optional shop affiliate tap analytics. We do not process checkout or payment cards.
To provide sync, reminders, analysis, scanning, and explanations; to secure accounts; and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Signed-in stack snapshots are stored with Supabase under your user id with row-level access controls. Label scan / explanation features may send relevant text or images to our AI service, which may call Google Gemini. Do not include information you are uncomfortable sharing with those processors.
Guests keep data on device. Signing in may upload local progress per in-app sync rules. Signing out clears the device account cache and does not by itself delete your cloud account.
You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). That removes your auth account and cloud snapshot and clears local caches. If in-app deletion fails, email support@vitamax.app from your account address.
Guest use, system permission controls, editing/removing stack items, sign out, and account deletion. Access or deletion requests: support@vitamax.app.
